The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, always giving great advice on what to see and do in the city. The free breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with a variety of options including fresh fruit, bread, and coffee. The location was also perfect, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Plus, the hostel had a cozy and sociable atmosphere, making it easy to meet fellow travelers.

The rooms were quite small, especially if you had a lot of luggage. It was a bit cramped for comfort, and there wasn't much space to move around.

Free breakfast is available with a variety of options. the staff is friendly and helpful. the neighborhood is safe with a police station nearby. the location is great, close to the subway station and surrounded by traditional restaurants, tea houses, and shops.

The breakfast was amazing, offering a wide variety of options and flavors that I thoroughly enjoyed. The location was also a major plus, as it was very close to public transportation and situated in the heart of the vibrant neighborhood. Being able to easily explore the area and visit nearby attractions was a great convenience. the host was extremely friendly and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable.

One thing that bothered me during my stay was the lack of proper ventilation in the room. The absence of a proper window meant that fresh air was not able to circulate well, resulting in a stuffy atmosphere at times.

insadong hostel was even better than our previous stay in seoul. the owner treated us like family, gave us discounts, and spoke english fluently. the breakfast spread was outstanding with a variety of options and a cheerful atmosphere. the location was perfect in the heart of insa-dong.

insadong hostel was everything i expected and more! after my previous stay in seoul, i was blown away by the amazing location, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast. surrounded by seoul's best sites, it was so easy to explore the city. plus, the hostel's proximity to teashops and restaurants made it even better.

cleaning could've been better

I recently stayed at Insadong Hostel for a few nights during my trip to Seoul. The location couldn't have been better - just a short walk from the subway station and surrounded by charming hanok cafes and restaurants. It was also within easy walking distance of the palaces and other main tourist sites. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with eggs, fruit, salad, cereal. The dining area, although a bit cramped, made it easy to meet other travelers. The beds were comfortable and had curtains for privacy, as well as individual power points and lights. The hostel also had small lockers available for use. it was the best hostel experience I've had in Seoul, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hostel near Insadong, and I can't recommend it enough! The location was superb, with the subway station and bus stop just a few minutes away. It was so convenient to explore Seoul's attractions from there. The staff, especially Mr. Kim, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They even let me borrow a Tmoney card and a hot flask during my stay. The breakfast was amazing, with options like a huge omelet, waffles, and boiled eggs. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a fridge, TV. this was the best accommodation I've experienced in Seoul, and I will definitely be coming back. 감사합니다!

The value for money was amazing, especially compared to 3-star hotels in the area. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of Insadong with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff was always friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The breakfast offerings could use some improvement, maybe adding more variety or local specialties.

The location of this hostel was amazing! It was right in the heart of a bustling area with lots of restaurants and shops. I loved being able to walk to the metro and easily explore Seoul. the staff were also incredibly helpful and made my stay even better. They were friendly and provided great recommendations for things to see and do.

The beds at the hostel were a bit uncomfortable, but it was manageable for a short weekend stay. I also found the rooms to be on the smaller side, but since I was out exploring most of the time, it wasn't a huge issue.

We had a fantastic stay at the hostel in a perfect location. Despite being centrally located, it was surprisingly quiet. The owner was extremely nice and helpful, even though there was a slight language barrier. An added bonus was the friendly fat cat that lounged around the hostel. The girls' room exceeded expectations with amenities like shampoo and body wash. we had a comfortable and clean room, friendly staff, and a great budget-friendly experience.
